This course assumes you have none to some hands-on experience as a Frame administrator and understanding of at least one of the four supported infrastructures (AHV, AWS, Azure, and GCP).

Frame 200 - Frame Advanced Administration Course

The Frame Advanced Administration course is designed to provide Frame customer administrators the knowledge of advanced Frame administration concepts including optimizations, advanced configurations, and troubleshooting. At the completion of this course, attendees will be able to:

  1. Prepare and optimize OS images to improve end user experience

  6. Troubleshoot issues

This course assumes the attendee has attended Frame 100 Frame Administration or is already familiar with basic Frame administration and concepts as well as understanding at least one of the four supported infrastructures (AHV, AWS, Azure, and GCP).

Frame 201 - Frame Architecture Course

The Frame Architecture course is designed to provide Frame customer administrators and architects the knowledge needed to architect Frame DaaS solutions to deliver virtualized applications and desktops to end users. At the completion of this course, attendees will be able to:

  1. Perform use case, end user experience, and technical discovery for a Frame environment
  2. Describe the Frame architecture options and considerations
  3. Answer common Frame solution architecture questions
  4. Understand compute, GPU, storage, and network options and sizing tradeoffs in both public cloud and on-premises infrastructure
  5. Learn how customers translated their real world requirements to specific Frame solution architectures

This course assumes the attendee has hands-on experience as a Frame administrator and understanding of at least one of the four supported infrastructures (AHV, AWS, Azure, and GCP). Frame 100 and Frame 200 Advanced Administration are recommended, in lieu of Frame administration experience.
